When your container is full, new turns are rejected until you delete a topic or upgrade. Your existing turns stay readable — we never delete your history, including after a downgrade.
Each write request is capped at 2 MB (2,097,152 bytes). That limit applies to every tier and exists to keep single requests within serverless bounds — it is not a paid upgrade.
